He's a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Practitioners (ABMP) and completed a 650 hour training program at the Wiregrass School of Massage.
A dedicated massage therapist - with a passion for health and wellness - he brings excellence in various massage techniques. He's committed to providing consistent, high quality, customized service: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Relaxation, Thai Yoga Massage (Certified), Thai Foot Massage (Certified), Hot Stones and Cupping.
James will also teach you healthy breathing techniques during each session.

I have been a licensed esthetician since 2015. I was born and raised in Auburn, Alabama with my loving family who gave me the courage to follow my dreams of skincare. I completed an apprenticeship in esthetics at a wonderful medical spa where I was trained extensively in anti- aging treatments, acne clearing protocols, full body waxing, makeup applications and so much more. I moved to Dothan, Al in 2015 with my husband and I have fallen in love with the community. My all time favorite service to provide is dermaplaning because it gives that instant gratification of removing dead skin and reveals a glowing complexion! I enjoy customizing facials to my clients individual needs and getting them to their skincare goals.

I’m able to handle clients with more chronic issues(such as, but not limited to) Wounded Warriors, rehab patients, my fellow LMT’s, and even CrossFit athletes.
